I was so thrilled to receive a nomination for Kwantlen Polytechnic University The Faculty of Arts Dean’s Teaching Award. The award can be given to an instructor in recognition of outstanding and innovative teaching practices that consistently encourage student success and academic achievement. I received a nomination this spring, in recognition of teaching in the Department of Journalism and Communication.
